Spicy Mango Cabbage Slaw

Juicy, crunchy, a little spicy, and a lot refreshing, this slaw makes a great accompaniment for taco night or as a side to some grilled kebabs.


½ red cabbage head, thinly shredded

2 mangoes, pitted, peeled, and chopped

2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes



Toss in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors marinate. Serve with Hawaiian Short Rib tacos and Kiwi Guacamole.
